How access to Swpe works: it is a private B2B portal commissioned and paid for by an employer for its own staff. Access is by invitation only — the client company supplies the whitelisted employee email addresses, sign-in is by a one-time code emailed to that address, and no passwords are ever created, requested, or stored.
