How do I let employees choose their own corporate gift?
On Swpe you set a per-person budget, curate a deck of gifts, and share one link with your whole team. Each employee opens the link, swipes the deck and confirms a single gift for themselves. You get a live tally of picks and a CSV for procurement, and the gifts are delivered pan-India — including to home addresses.
Can I hide prices and the budget from employees?
Yes. In employee-choice mode, staff see the gifts but never the price, MRP or your budget — the pricing is withheld before it ever reaches their screen, not just hidden in the layout. Employees simply pick what they like; what you spend stays between you and Swpe.
How do I know what to order once everyone has picked?
You get a live procurement tally — a count of how many people chose each gift — plus a one-click CSV export. That is exactly what procurement needs to place the order, with no manual collation of replies from a spreadsheet or email thread.
Does each employee get one gift, and can they change their pick?
Each person confirms exactly one gift. They can rebrowse and change their mind up until they confirm; once confirmed, the pick is frozen so it can't be double-counted. That keeps the tally accurate while still letting people take their time.
Can remote or work-from-home employees receive their gift?
Yes. Gifts can ship to individual home addresses as well as to offices, so distributed and hybrid teams are handled the same way — everyone picks from the same link and receives their gift wherever they are.
Is letting employees choose their gift free to set up?
Yes. Building the deck, sharing the link, collecting picks and exporting the tally are all free — you only pay for the gifts that are actually ordered. No subscription and no per-seat fee.
