Where does the money go at volume?
At 300 kits the apparel is roughly half the cost; the bottle and notebook a third; box, lanyard and card the rest. Dropping apparel and adding a sleeve takes sizes out of the critical path and often lowers the total. Keep the logo to two items — every branded SKU is a run of 300.
