Onboarding kits delivered to every home address.
One order, one invoice, one parcel per new hire — dispatched to home addresses across India with tracking, so a remote joiner opens the same box as someone walking into the office.

To deliver onboarding kits to new hires' homes, you share a roster — name, phone, address, pincode, joining date and apparel size if the kit has apparel — and the kits are packed one per person and dispatched as individual tracked parcels, wherever in India the joiner lives. It is one order and one GST invoice, not a hundred. Build the kit from 595 live kit-ready items on the Swpe deck; edible items are chosen with shelf life in mind and apparel only when sizes are on the roster. Brief three to four weeks before the first joining date so branding, kitting and transit all land before day one.
How do you collect employees' addresses for kit delivery?
The address comes from you, not from the employee's inbox: HR exports the joiner roster from the HRMS or offer-letter tracker with the delivery address and pincode each person confirmed at offer stage, and shares it as a sheet. If the roster is incomplete, ask joiners to confirm the address in the pre-boarding email — a single line, not a form — and update the sheet before the dispatch date. Swpe's employee-choice link handles which item each person picks; it does not collect addresses, so keep the roster as the source of truth.
What changes in the kit when it ships to a home?
- A branded mailer box instead of a plain carton — the box is the unboxing.
- Snacks and chocolates only with enough shelf life to survive a week in transit.
- No glass or fragile décor; bottles, notebooks, apparel and tech travel well.
- Apparel only with confirmed sizes; a sleeve or bag if sizes are missing.
- A printed note addressed by name — the item every photo shows.
How does dispatch and tracking work?
- 1
Roster in
Sheet with name, phone, address, pincode, joining date, size.
- 2
Kits packed
Items branded, kitted per person, note inserted, box sealed and labelled.
- 3
Parcels out
One tracked shipment per joiner, timed to arrive before the joining date.
- 4
Exceptions handled
Undeliverable or changed addresses are flagged back to HR and re-dispatched; nothing is silently returned.
How early do home-delivered kits need to be ordered?
Catalogue lead times run a median of about 7 working days for plain items and 6 for branded ones, up to 15 for the slowest (census, 19 Sept 2026). Add two to three days for kitting and up to a week for transit to remote pincodes. Brief three to four weeks before the first joining date, and for a rolling programme keep a small kit stock so a single new hire can be shipped within days.

Onboarding kits delivered to home, answered.
Can welcome kits be sent to employees' home addresses in India?
Yes. Share the joiner roster with addresses and pincodes; each kit is packed per person and dispatched as an individual tracked parcel anywhere in India, on one order and one GST invoice.
How do we collect home addresses from new joiners?
From your own roster — the address confirmed at offer stage in the HRMS or offer tracker — shared as a sheet. If any are missing, ask joiners to confirm in the pre-boarding email and update the sheet before dispatch. The Swpe choice link collects a gift pick, not an address.
What happens if a parcel cannot be delivered?
It is flagged back to HR with the reason, the address is corrected, and the kit is re-dispatched. Nothing is returned or discarded without telling you.
Is home delivery more expensive than sending kits to the office?
Per kit, yes: one consignment to an office is cheaper than individual parcels. The proposal shows dispatch as its own line so you can compare, and many companies split — office joiners in one consignment, remote joiners as parcels.
