Welcome kit branding options: what works on what.
Sticker, UV print, digital print, laser engraving, embroidery, screen print and debossing — matched to bottles, apparel, notebooks and tech, with live counts from the deck.

Match the method to the material. Bottles and tumblers take UV print or laser engraving; polos, tees and hoodies take embroidery (or screen print for large flat artwork); notebooks take debossing or foil on the cover; tech accessories take UV or laser on the shell; boxes, cards and sleeves take digital print or a sticker. On the Swpe deck 137 of 137 kit-ready items are logo-ready, and each card shows its branded lead time. Two branded items and a printed box read as considered; five branded items add setup charges and days without adding much.
Which method suits which item?
| Item | Best method | Also works | Watch for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Steel bottle / tumbler | Laser engraving | UV print | Curved surfaces limit artwork width. |
| Polo, tee, hoodie | Embroidery | Screen print, DTF | Sizes on the roster first; embroidery is the slowest. |
| Notebook / diary | Deboss or foil | Screen print | Deboss needs a vector logo; foil in one colour. |
| Charger, hub, power bank | UV print | Laser on metal | Small print area — logo only, no tagline. |
| Laptop sleeve / backpack | Embroidery | Woven label, print | Placement approval before the run. |
| Desk plant / organiser | Sticker or UV | Laser on wood | Keep it small; the item is the gift. |
| Box, card, sleeve | Digital print | Sticker | The fastest branding there is. |
How many items should carry the logo?
Two, plus the box. Each branded SKU is its own production run with its own setup and its own lead time, so a five-item kit with five logos ships when the slowest one does. Brand the bottle and the apparel (or the notebook), print the box and the note, and let the tech accessory ship in its own retail packaging — premium brands read better unbranded anyway.
What artwork do you need to send?
- A vector logo — SVG, AI or PDF. A PNG from the website will be redrawn and costs a day.
- Single-colour version for embroidery, deboss and laser.
- Brand colours as Pantone or hex for print and thread matching.
- One line on placement per item, or leave it to us and approve a mock-up.

Welcome kit branding options, answered.
What is the best way to put a logo on a welcome kit?
Match method to material: laser or UV on bottles and tech, embroidery on apparel, deboss or foil on notebooks, digital print on the box and card. Brand two items plus the box; more adds cost and days, not impact.
Which branding method is fastest?
Sticker and digital print on packaging, then UV print and laser engraving on products. Embroidery and screen print are slowest because of setup and curing time.
Do you charge setup fees for branding?
Methods like embroidery, screen print and deboss carry a one-time setup per artwork; UV, laser and sticker usually do not. The proposal shows any setup as its own line so it is never hidden in the unit price.
How many products on the deck take a logo?
137 of the 137 kit-ready items right now, across sticker, UV print, digital print, laser engraving, embroidery, screen print and debossing. The live counts per method are on this page.
